1. General Terms

3. Financial Transactions

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. We reserve the right to verify your identity before approving a withdrawal request. It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or reject a withdrawal request, particularly if any bonus wagering requirements have not been met or an investigation is ongoing.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on gb999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not processed.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Funds from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

4.3 Other Promotions

gb999 may run various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and validity period, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Results

The results of all games and betting activities on gb999 are determined in accordance with fair play principles. We reserve the right to void related transactions in the event of a technical fault in equipment or software. We also reserve the right to recover any incorrect winnings paid out due to a technical error.

5.2 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet amount may be set for each game or betting market. These limits will be displayed in the interface of the relevant game or market.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games or placing bets using software bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence
• Colluding with other users in a pre-planned manner to influence game results
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to gb999's systems

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

6. VIP Program

gb999 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier through regular active play. gb999 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

gb999 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We recommend following these guidelines:

• Providing false information at registration
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
• Bonus abuse

11.2 User Rights

Users may request closure of their own account at any time. If an active balance exists, it may be withdrawn after wagering requirements are met.
